The following limited warrant is provided by MC4 LLC and Wild Iron LLC hereafter jointly know as "company".
The company warrants all products will be of good quality and free from material defects in materials and workmanship. In no event shall the company be liable for consequential damages. A Standard Warranty is granted to the original purchaser by the company for a period of one (1) year, parts and labor, for the Squish.
If, during the Warranty Period, a Product does not perform as warranted, the purchaser should contact Wild Iron Repair Service at repair@wildiron.com to obtain a return authorization number (a “RA Number”). The purchaser shall be responsible for properly packaging and shipping the defective Product back to the company at the appropriate address listed below. All shipping documents accompanying defective Product must clearly state the RA Number and be marked: "Returned to Wild Iron for Warranty Inspection." Purchasers must also include a letter with their name, address, telephone number and description of the problem they are having with their Product.
If the Product is found to be defective and under Warranty, the company will repair or replace defective parts at no additional charge for parts or labor. Upon completion of Warranty service, the company will package and ship the Product back to the purchaser at the company's expense.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL COSMETIC AND MECHANICAL WEAR OR WATER DAMAGE. FURTHERMORE, THE WARRANTY SHALL APPLY ONLY IF: (I) THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN PROPERLY USED AT ALL TIMES IN ACCORDANCE IN ALL MATERIAL RESPECTS WITH THE PRODUCT’S INTENDED USE; (II) NO MODIFICATION, ALTERATION OR ADDITION HAS BEEN MADE TO THE PRODUCT BY PERSONS; AND (III) THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN SUBJECT TO MISUSE, NEGLECT OR UNUSUAL PHYSICAL STRESS.

- A restocking fee of 20% applies to any return. Unopened items returned in the original condition as shipped and within the item’s return policy period of 15 days receives 80% of the items purchase price. Defective items (no fault of customer) receives 100% of the items purchase price or replacement at no cost. Non-defective items that are returned opened and within the item’s return policy period of 15 days receives 70% of the items purchase price.
